From the GTS Journal: Miltank has made a huge jump in the number of deposited since last week, going from 274th place to 169th. These Miltank often have the move Milk Drink, but some also feature Solarbeam and Rollout. The noteworthy pokemon being traded for Miltank is Totodile.
There's a level 40 male Chinchou that was deposited on the 1st, confirmed to be holding mail, that trainers are told to watch for.
